No, we don't charge project fee in advance.

Yes. We will provide it if it is not issued to someone else already. However if it is issued then you need to add some unique letters in it eg., www.sahirhassanarain.com
How is work process of Jibreel Microtech Solutions?
Before placing any order, you have to contact us and we will discuss about whole project, deadline, price, and requirements or features. Once both parties agree at the terms decided, then we will share with you its draft free of cost using our domain, if client is satisfied, then domain and hosting is purchased, and website is deployed on that domain. Client will send us fee through our authorized bank account. At the end control of website is handed over to client. In case customer already has domain and hosting, then he shares us access to design his website and we charge only website fee. Things differ case to case.
What Jibreel Microtech Solutions need from me to get my project started?
Initially we need information: Type of website you want, features required, how many pages should be in it, your desired colors, design if any, share logo if available, content if available. If you don't have any idea, we will take care of it, and will provide you free of cost assistance.
What will happen if i discontinue my website package/don't pay its domain and hosting fee after 1 year?
Nothing. It will not appear on Google and other search engines.
Which hosting plan i should choose?
It depends upon number of visitors per month, and storage requirements. For example if traffic is 10000/month, then 10GB is good. For small websites which will consume low storage, and number of visitors around 2000, then 2GB is good. For Ecommerce/Online stores 25GB is good.
Can i add or change pictures, text, blogs, and other content in my website and how?
Yes, you can add or change pictures, text, blogs, and other content in your website. We will give you complete control and you will be able to make all kinds of changes in your website. We will guide you about it and you will be able to update your website.
Do i need to buy domain and hosting before?
It is optional. If you wish you can buy it before. Otherwise after completion of project, we will buy it for you after fee received.
Will Jibreel Microtech Solutions support after project completed, if there is any error?
Yes, we will support free of cost for removing all the errors.
Do Jibreel Microtech Solutions offer website maintenance services?
Yes, we offer website maintenance services at reasonable prices.
Which technology will be used to create my website?
We use WordPress content management system (CMS) to build the website and it makes clients able to update their content easily, without requiring technical experience. Most of our clients demand WordPress CMS since it is user and SEO friendly. As per recent report available on multiple Google sources, share of WordPress CMS websites is more than 61% around the World.
When i will receive my website, What is the deadline?
It depends upon project nature. Your website may be delivered to you in 3 to 15 days, or as decided at earlier stages.
Can you visit us for meeting?
We are happy to meet your business needs. we assist/engage with our clients through our website, WhatsApp, screen share, call, email, screenshots, etc.
Can I get my website launched online within 2 days?
Yes, you can get it launched within 2 days, depending upon terms decided with us, such as its initial design will appear on Google search engine, later it will be modified/ refined as per terms decided.
Can i get my website domain name in 1 day, and it should be live?
Yes. For example Your business name is "ABC business", we will give you domain www.abcbusiness.com in 1 day, and it will be live. But it will not show any content, there will be a blank page or maintenance page, as it takes time to add content in it and its SEO.

Individual/ Blogger website is suitable for you. Further we will take care of it, and recommend you better one as per your case.

Is fee for domain and hosting refundable?
Fee for domain and hosting is not refundable, because once purchased it becomes client's (your) asset, and you can use it till its expiry date usually 12 months.
Is fee for website refundable?
Yes, 100% Fee for website is refundable, if it is not delivered to client. In case it is delivered to client then its fee is not refundable.
